This is a high-exposure, high-impact role that combines executive support with strategic project execution - ideal for someone looking to fast-track their career by learning from the frontline of leadership and business building. As a fresher or recent graduate, you’ll work closely with the founder on day-to-day operations, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration, gaining hands-on experience in running and scaling a business. Key Responsibilities: 🗂 Executive Support Responsibilities: Manage the Founder’s calendar, emails, communications, and priorities. Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings across time zones. Organize travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and handle expense reports. Prepare briefing documents, meeting notes, and presentations. Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external stakeholders. Anticipate the Founder’s needs and proactively resolve scheduling or operational issues. 📊 Strategic Projects Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the Founder on special projects, strategic planning, and business analysis. Assist in market research, competitive analysis, and business benchmarking. Build dashboards, reports, or presentations to support decision-making. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, operations, marketing, and finance. Track progress on key company OKRs and strategic initiatives. Represent the Founder in internal or external meetings when necessary. What We're Looking For: A recent graduate or fresher (0–2 years experience) from any discipline. Business, economics, engineering, or liberal arts. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with great attention to detail and a bias for action. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn how startups work. Comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to roll up your sleeves and figure things out. Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Excel, and Slack. Nice to Have: Internship experience in startups, consulting, or business strategy roles.
