Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Founder’s Office Associate located in Gurugram (Sector 37).

The Founder’s Office Associate will spend 50% of the time on operational tasks and 50% of the time on important strategic initiatives.

You will work directly and closely with the co-founders.

A typical day will involve fixing the problems permanently by creating / reengineering existing processes, coordinating with external stakeholders, working on excel models, creating dashboards, operational tasks, website updates, follow-ups with various teams, marketing initiatives, building AI enabled systems to make tasks and processes automated, building heuristic systems to enable automated decision making, and growth strategy development & execution.

All in all - you'll get a cockpit's view into building the business from ground up.

No two days will be similar or boring. You will become sharp as a strategy consultant, and operationally sound as an industry veteran in a quick span of time.

This is not for the faint hearted, and you must be willing to get into the trenches and get down to the root cause by applying first principles thinking to fix anything.
