Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Sector 37, Gurugram for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential influencers, managing influencer relationships, and coordinating influencer marketing campaigns. Day to day tasks: Hunt for the right influencers, content creators - filtering by audience, engagement, and content style. Call multiple influencers daily, pitch the campaign, and get them on board. Build strong relationships with influencers through seeding programs and regular communication Identify, establish and build influencer/brand ambassador programs. Negotiate smartly – get the best value for reels and collaborations. Plan and execute influencer campaigns with precision. Track campaign performance – views, engagement, and impact. Ensure content hits the right audience and has the best chance to go viral. Understand the product inside out so you can help influencers create compelling, high-impact content.
