Influencer Marketing Coordinator

As an Influencer Marketing Associate at Story Digital, you will play a crucial role in shaping the influencer strategy and execution for brands across entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, and FMCG. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding influencers and content creators on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. - Building data-driven influencer campaigns that align with brand objectives and audience insights. - Supporting in the development of campaign briefs, creative hooks, and content calendars. You will also be responsible for: - Maintaining strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand teams. - Negotiating deliverables, timelines, and pricing while ensuring creative quality. - Coordinating contracts, content approvals, and campaign tracking end-to-end. Additionally, your role will involve: - Tracking influencer deliverables, engagement metrics, and ROI through analytics tools. - Preparing post-campaign reports highlighting performance, learnings, and recommendations. - Suggesting optimization strategies for future campaigns based on data insights. You should possess: - 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or digital campaign management (agency experience preferred). - A strong understanding of social media trends, influencer metrics, and content strategy. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously. - Proficiency with tracking tools such as Heepsy, Upfluence, Sprinklr, Excel/Sheets.
