We’re looking for a passionate Account Manager to bridge the gap between clients and our creative teams. Role Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams Understand client briefs, translate them for internal teams, and ensure timely delivery Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Coordinate with design, content, and performance teams to execute digital campaigns Proactively suggest ideas, campaigns, and strategies to grow client accounts Manage feedback loops, timelines, and expectations smoothly Ensure client satisfaction and business retention Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in a similar client-facing role (agency experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines Understanding of digital platforms, social media, and advertising workflows Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset Show more Show less
