This role blends analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to shape campaigns that don’t just look good — they work. 🎯 What You’ll Be Doing: Strategy Development Understand client goals, audiences, and market trends to craft brand strategies that cut through the noise. Align creative concepts with media planning for unified messaging across platforms. Conduct competitive and consumer research to fuel bold campaign directions. Creative Collaboration Work alongside our creative team to shape stories, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice. Write compelling briefs that inspire content across digital, print, and experiential platforms. Media Alignment Partner with media planners to drive ROI through smart, audience-focused channel strategies. Recommend platforms and formats that work best for each campaign. Campaign Execution & Analysis Support seamless execution and provide optimization suggestions through ongoing performance analysis. ✅ What We’re Looking For: 2–3 years of experience in brand, media, or creative strategy (agency background a bonus!) You get audiences — how they think, behave, and buy. Proven experience in integrated campaigns across digital and traditional media. You speak fluently about strategy, but keep it simple, clear, and actionable. Bonus points if you bring energy, ideas, and memes to the brainstorming table. Show more Show less
