Influencer Marketing Coordinator

As the Head of Influencer Marketing at YMI Gharsoaps Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve managing and executing influencer collaborations across various platforms. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and creator managers. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to align influencer content with brand messaging and track campaign performance to prepare detailed reports. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers on platforms like Instagram and YouTube. - Manage end-to-end influencer outreach, negotiation, and coordination. - Draft briefs, share guidelines, and ensure content alignment with brand objectives. - Coordinate timely deliveries, approvals, and posting schedules. - Track campaign performance, gather insights, and prepare detailed reports. - Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer content with brand messaging. - Handle barter and paid collaborations efficiently. - Maintain and update dashboards, databases, and influencer performance metrics. - Monitor industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging creators. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a marketing agency or consumer brand. - Good understanding of influencer platforms, content styles, and audience demographics. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Basic knowledge of performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI. - Creative mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.,
