Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Catalog Analyst (Shopify and Marketplaces) located in Gurugram. You will be responsible for managing the online product catalog across all our online channels (own website and platforms) ensuring accurate product listing, updating prices. You will also be supervising the e-commerce operations team to ensure timely and orderly dispatches, and return / exchange management. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the online product catalog is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end catalog management process, including creating, updating, and maintaining product listings Listing management: Upload, optimize, and monitor product listings (images, descriptions, keywords, attributes) End-to-end responsibility for Shopify and various marketplaces smooth operations (e.g. Myntra, Nykaa and other niche platforms etc.). Identify opportunities for process improvements in catalog management, operations, and customer experience (through automation and use of AI - under close guidance and coordination with founders). Inventory coordination: Ensure stock health and minimize OOS, ageing inventory, and pricing conflicts across platforms Drive performance marketing and ad campaigns for marketplace platforms (Myntra Ads, etc.) Analyze and report on Shopify and marketplace sales, returns, CTRs, ACOS, ROAS, and other performance metrics Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Ops, Finance, CX) to drive smooth order fulfillment and customer experience Work closely with the founders to shape the channel strategy and scale revenue Monitor category trends and competition to inform pricing and positioning decisions Why you are: 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify and major e-commerce marketplaces in India Strong command of backend dashboards (Shopify, Unicommerce, Myntra Partner Panel, etc.) Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and basic image editing tools (AI is a plus). Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing trends is a plus. Understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and the online shopping experience. Analytical mindset with working knowledge of tools like Excel/Sheets, ads dashboards Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work cross-functionally Bonus: Experience working at a fashion/lifestyle D2C brand or startup Show more Show less
