Role Description

This role is for someone who will work directly with the founder on the most important problems in the company. There’s no fixed playbook here. You’ll be involved wherever clarity or execution is missing. Some days that means breaking down numbers. Some days it means pushing things across the finish line with different teams. Some days it means calling out what’s not working, even if it’s uncomfortable. You’ll be expected to think, decide, and execute. This role is not for people who need clear boundaries or well-defined tasks. It is for someone who enjoys ambiguity, learns fast, and cares more about outcomes than titles. Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving ability. You should be comfortable breaking vague problems into clear next steps
• High ownership mindset. You don’t wait for instructions to act
• Comfortable working across teams like ops, finance, growth, tech
• Good with numbers. You don’t need to be a CA, but you should understand unit economics, margins, and basic financial logic
• Proficiency in business tools and reporting frameworks
• Clear written and verbal communication. You can explain complex things simply
• Ability to disagree respectfully and push back when something doesn’t make sense
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast changes, and incomplete information
