Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food Manager to join our team at EKOSTAY, responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our homestay establishment. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in food management, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food preparation, cooking, and service to ensure high-quality standards.
Develop menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Maintain inventory of food supplies and order ingredients from vendors.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food management, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
