Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage and Event Service Expert to join our team at JW Marriott. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Coordinate event services, such as weddings, conferences, and banquet events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front office, to ensure excellent customer service.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all food and beverage services.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and products.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach.
