Job Summary

Financial Planning Analyst (FPA)

Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
Prepare and analyze annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Monitor actual performance vs. budget/forecast and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
Partner with business units to evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and revenue drivers.
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess financial risks and opportunities.
Create presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Assist in cash flow planning, capital expenditure analysis, and working capital management.
Provide support during audits, board meetings, and investor relations reporting.
Continuously improve financial processes, tools, and data accuracy.
Experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling), PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
