Role Summary

The Financial Controller will support the finance leadership in managing day-to-day financial control, statutory compliance, and reporting for the manufacturing operations of Raj Ceramics. This is a hands-on role suited for a newly qualified CA who wants strong exposure to plant finance and manufacturing accounting.

Key Responsibilities

monthly closing activities

MIS reports

GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances

statutory, tax, and internal audits

plant expenses, inventory accounting, and cost tracking

plant, purchase, and stores teams

working capital tracking

Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and SOPs.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial documentation as required.

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting standards and compliance
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing cost concepts
• GST, TDS, and statutory compliance exposure
• MS Excel (good working knowledge)
• Tally / ERP exposure preferred
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Ability to work closely with plant operations
