Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in leading financial consulting projects, providing high-value advisory services, and enhancing internal financial excellence. You will have the opportunity to influence critical business decisions for top clients and strengthen the financial foundation of our consultancy. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement advanced financial models including DCF, ROI frameworks, and scenario planning. - Provide strategic financial advisory, risk assessments, and insights for client leadership teams. - Lead consulting engagements with full accountability for deliverables. - Drive budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. - Create executive dashboards and performance scorecards to facilitate decision-making. - Ensure compliance, governance, and cost optimization initiatives are implemented effectively. Qualifications: - Education: CA, CMA (India/USA), ACCA, M.Com (Finance/Accounting), or PhD in Finance/Accounting. - Experience: 5-10 years in corporate finance, consulting, or financial management. - Strong expertise in financial modeling, strategic analysis, and stakeholder management. - Proficiency in ERP systems, BI tools, and financial software.
