Role Overview We are seeking a Tech Lead to own technical execution and feature delivery for a real-time collaboration and communication platform. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who can lead feature development end-to-end, make sound technical decisions, and work closely with product and design teams in fast-paced, 01 environments. You will be responsible for translating product requirements into scalable technical solutions, guiding engineers through implementation, and ensuring high-quality delivery across backend, web, and mobile systems.
