Client - Beauty Skincare Brand Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis • Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans • Analyze financial performance, provide actionable insights, and highlight variances • Drive cost optimization strategies across departments Accounting & Reporting • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely closing of books • Ensure accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Ensure statutory compliance with tax, GST, TDS, and regulatory filings Controls & Compliance • Establish robust internal controls, audit trails, and risk management processes • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities • Maintain compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) Cash Flow & Treasury • Monitor daily cash flow and working capital requirements • Manage banking relationships, loan negotiations, and fund allocations Team Leadership • Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounts team • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory; MBA Finance is a plus • Experience: 7–12 years in financial leadership roles; preference for candidates with experience in FMCG, D2C, or manufacturing • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or similar) • Proficiency in financial modeling, MIS, Excel, and data analytics • High integrity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence mindset • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Show more Show less
