We are looking for a dynamic and strategically minded Finance Operations & Strategy Lead to own the end-to-end financial engine of our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-growing environments, enjoys building financial systems from the ground up, and can partner closely with leadership to drive business growth and operational excellence.

You will oversee financial operations, planning, compliance, investor relations, and strategic decision-making—playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial direction.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Compliance

Lead all day-to-day financial operations such as payroll, vendor payments, reimbursements, and accounts receivable.

Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements including PF, PT, GST, TDS, and other regulatory obligations.

Establish processes for timely month-end closure, reconciliations, and financial hygiene.

Financial Planning & Strategy

Build and maintain robust financial models to support company-wide strategic initiatives.

Drive annual budgeting and periodic forecasting in collaboration with functional leaders.

Prepare and deliver accurate financial reporting, dashboards, and business insights for leadership.

Cash Flow & Capital Management

Oversee cash flow planning, working capital optimisation, and long-term capital allocation.

Monitor financial risks and implement controls to protect company assets.

Partner with banks, auditors, and financial institutions to ensure smooth financial operations.

Investor Relations & Fundraising Support

Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on fundraising activities.

Prepare investor-ready materials including pitch decks, financial projections, and performance reports.

Maintain relationships with existing investors through clear communication and reporting.

Process Excellence & Cost Optimisation

Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and SOPs that scale with the company.

Drive cost-efficiency initiatives by analysing costing patterns and identifying savings opportunities.

Lead the statutory audit process (including Big 4 firms) to ensure complete compliance and accuracy.

What Makes You a Great Fit

4+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, controllership, or FP&A.

Excited about owning and scaling finance functions in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.

Comfortable wearing multiple hats and operating in ambiguity.

Strong command over budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial governance.

Experience in SaaS metrics, revenue recognition (ASC 606 preferred), or subscription finance is a strong plus.

Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
