We also offer RIA, a Relationship Intelligence Agent, to help businesses stay connected with customers through minimal manual intervention.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager located in Hyderabad. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to financial planning and analysis, payroll management, and overseeing financial operations. The Senior Finance Manager will play a strategic role in driving financial decisions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

o Internal accounting/Payroll operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

o Ensure timely processing of cash and bank payments, including Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), and monthly closure of books.

o Manage expense and fixed asset accounting.

o Supervise invoicing and revenue accounting processes.

o Prepare various account reconciliation statements, including inter-company reconciliations.

o Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports, such as cash flow statements and profitability analyses.

o Develop financial statements and notes in alignment with statutory requirements.

o Conduct cash flow forecasting and monitor fund utilization.

o Prepare financial models

o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Income Tax Act, Companies Act, and GST Act.

o Coordinate with external auditors to complete statutory and tax audits.

o Oversee the filing of the company's Income Tax Return.

o Experience in Preparation of Financials under IND AS

o Lead internal audits to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.

o Manage and mentor a finance team of three members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

o Support budgeting operations and assist in the development of financial plans.

o Promote the use of next-generation tools and visualization techniques for financial presentations.

Qualifications:

o CA or equivalent certification preferred.

o Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on listed entities.

o Proficiency in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)

o Demonstrated experience in managing external audits and liaising with auditors.
