Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager at our company, your role will involve preparing monthly/quarterly financial and management reports, as well as annual accounts for audit and statutory reporting. You will be responsible for managing the Finance ERP and ensuring complete tax returns and other statutory compliance requirements are met. Your key responsibilities will include providing financial and analytical support to the Director of Finance and the Finance Committee, guiding department directors and program managers to enhance financial literacy, developing and monitoring financial systems and internal controls, and overseeing the recruitment and direction of program volunteers. You will also support the Director of Finance in budgeting, spending, reporting, and financial accountability. Additionally, you will be expected to perform adhoc analysis to provide performance insights for growth and resource allocation, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure effective communication and issue resolution. Qualifications required for this role include a strong background in finance, experience in financial reporting and analysis, proficiency in using Finance ERP systems, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
