Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager at our client, an upcoming D2C healthy snack brand in Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in the financial planning, audits, fundraising, and overall financial management of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to support business decisions. - Analyze P&L, cash flow, and category-wise profitability for margin improvement. - Manage statutory audits and internal audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations (GST, TDS, etc.). - Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and treasury operations. - Identify areas for cost savings in collaboration with the operations team and optimize pricing strategies for profitability. - Ensure strong financial controls and continuous improvement of economic systems. Qualification Required: - CA/MBA in Finance with 5+ years of experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or food industries. - Proven experience in auditing and fundraising. - Strong knowledge of financial planning, cash flow management, and compliance.
