Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Finance and accounts, located in Kochi.

Prepare financial statements, business reports; ensure adherence to tax laws, regulations, and internal controls, liaise with auditors.

Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives, optimize financial processes.

Provide insights to senior management for decision-making, support investment evaluations.

Supervise, train, and manage accounting and finance staff.

Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.

Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills

Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication and presentation skills

Qualification

• Qualified inter CA ,Post graduation, 5+ years experience in Accounts
• High integrity and results-oriented professional
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting principles, financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, GST, TDS, ITR etc and reporting
• Experience in managing banking relationships, cash flow, working capital is an added advatage
