About the Company:

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial statements and variance analysis.
• Ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standard, Companies Act, Income Tax etc.
• Handling internal & external audit and ensuring smooth conclusion of audits.
• Setting up necessary controls, SOP, ICFR and statutory compliance with respect to GST, TDS/TCS etc.
• Drive cost reviews against the annual business plan and manage working capital.
• End-to-end payment processing and reconciliation, fixed asset accounting etc.
• Engagement with vendors, consultants and other business partners for procurement of IT Tools/ Technology, other capex and revenue expenditure.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• A dynamic professional with over

  3 years

  of experience in: Preparation of financial accounting, cost control, reconciliations, MIS, fixed assets capitalization & control, audits, statutory compliance with respect to GST, TDS/TCS etc.
• Financial Planning and Analysis

• Masters/MBA in Accounting or Finance/ CA Inter / Cost Accountant

  preferred
• Experience in

  FMCG/Consumer/Service Industry/Shared Services

  will be preferred
• Strong knowledge in accounting principles and regulations (more specifically Indian Accounting Standard, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (preferably in SAP)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
