Lead client financial operations across multiple entities
Own month-end close, reporting, and compliance
Manage and mentor finance associates
Act as a trusted point of contact for international clients
Drive process improvements and automation
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Experience & Qualification
3–5 years in accounting/finance
At least 2 years in a client-facing or outsourced accounting role
ACCA Affiliate/Member (or CA, CPA, or equivalent)
Technical Expertise
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
Strong hands-on experience with Xero & QuickBooks Online
Exposure to NetSuite is a plus
Working knowledge of UK IFRS & US GAAP and related tax regulations
Experience with multi-currency accounting and consolidations
Familiarity with automation & analytics tools (Zapier, Power BI)
Clear, confident written and verbal communication
