Finance Manager

LedgersCFO is building the finance back-office for the next generation of global tech companies. We work with many US & India-based startups, agencies, and founders, helping them scale with world-class bookkeeping, tax, FP&A, and compliance.

We are now hiring a Finance manager to join our founding team. This is not just another accounting role, it’s an opportunity to build a category-defining company from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts as per US GAAP and Ind AS standards

Handle QuickBooks Online or Zoho Books for multiple clients

Perform monthly closing, reconciliations, AP/AR, and reporting

Ensure GST, TDS, and income tax compliance

Work closely with founders to improve accounting processes and internal controls

Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, and other MIS reports

Interact with global clients - strong English communication required

Assist in audits

Qualifications

CA Inter with completed articleship (preferred) OR Fresher CA

Solid understanding of accounting standards

Strong hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks or Zoho Books

Knowledge of GST, TDS, ROC compliances

Excellent written & spoken English

High ownership, discipline, and willingness to work hard

Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

Hungry to learn, grow fast, and take on new responsibilities

Location: HSR, Bangalore (In-person only)

Compensation: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month

Preferred: CA Inter with articleship experience OR Fresher CA

Founding Member: Eligible for equity after 1 year
