Finance Manager

As an Account Manager, your role will involve overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple financial tasks are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping. - Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations. - Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and financial reviews. - Maintain tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. - Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions. - Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes. - Guide junior accountants and ensure smooth financial operations. - Identify and implement financial process improvements. - Leverage technology to enhance efficiency in financial operations. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Preferred MBA). - 3-5 years of experience in financial management or accounting. - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or SAP. - Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax laws. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the microfinance or financial services sector. - Knowledge of RBI guidelines related to financial transactions and lending.
