Job Summary: The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing relationships with stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping. Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations. Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable. Compliance & Audits Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and financial reviews. Maintain tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Stakeholder & Team Coordination Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes. Guide junior accountants and ensure smooth financial operations. Process Improvement Identify and implement financial process improvements. Leverage technology to enhance efficiency in financial operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (Preffered MBA ) 3-5 years of experience in financial management or accounting. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or SAP). Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax laws. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the microfinance or financial services sector. Knowledge of RBI guidelines related to financial transactions and lending.
