Job Title: MGR-FINANCE
Company Name: Kohler Co. Job Description: As the Finance Manager at Kohler Co., you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization. You will lead a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strategic thinking and an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage financial planning and budgeting processes, in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, managing audits and internal controls effectively.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Collaborate with other departments to support business decision-making and drive financial performance improvement.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Manage working capital and cash flow, ensuring effective use of resources to meet business requirements.

Skills and Tools Required:
