Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage financial planning and budgeting processes, in alignment with the company's strategic goals. - Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, managing audits and internal controls effectively. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. - Collaborate with other departments to support business decision-making and drive financial performance improvement. - Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. - Manage working capital and cash flow, ensuring effective use of resources to meet business requirements. Skills and Tools Required: - Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with proficiency in financial forecasting and reporting. - Excellent understanding of accounting principles and regulatory frameworks. - Proficient in financial software and tools such as ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel. - Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing finance teams. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and improving processes. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (CMA, CPA, etc.) are a plus.
