Job Description

We are looking for a skilled finance professional to join our team as a Manager - Finance Accounts in RUDRA BUILDWELL PVT LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and minimize losses.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to senior management.
Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead and manage a team of accountants and finance professionals, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, developing contingency plans to minimize impact on the business.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
