Manager - Finance & Accounts

REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCY

1. Expert-level ownership of Infor LN ERP (Finance & Project modules), including resolution of integration and posting errors.

2. End-to-end ownership of monthly closing, reconciliations, and audit-ready financial compilations.

3. Strong expertise in project cost evaluation, PCS runs, and COGS analysis.

4. Hands-on experience in budget preparation, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial insights.

Experience in German Formpack / Group reporting and statutory audits, tax audits, transfer pricing audits and cost audit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:

1. Ensuring accurate and timely accounting of daily business transactions in Infor LN ERP in accordance with accounting principles, company policies, practices and conventions of Statute/Internal guidelines.

2. Ensuring accurate and timely accounting and capitalization of Fixed Assets including its sales & disposal in Infor LN ERP. Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register in Spine FAM and its annual verification with process owners.

3. Monthly closing of books of accounts in Infor LN ERP as per Internal Guidelines with accurate closure of interim ledgers, resolving Infor LN ERP integration errors, and reconciliation of various accounting GLs with inventory GLs in ERP including material (Direct & Indirect) consumption, overheads calculation & PCS costs.

4. Monthly Project cost run for timely and accurate Project COGS Reporting and reconciliation with Financial Statements.

5. Financial Reporting as per German Formpack, half yearly and annual Financials as per Companies Act.

6. Compilation and submission of annual Notes to Accounts, Tax Schedules, Transfer Pricing working and any other working or schedules for Formpack, Statutory & Tax Audit

7. MIS and other decision data generation and submission as per periodical needs of Indian and German Management.

8. Compilation of annual forecast or projection and its monthly tracking with GL analysis of each income, expense, asset, and liability.

Compliance with Cost Accounting Records and Audit.
