Required Technical Competency 1. Handson experience on Staad pro for steel structure design. 2. Knowledge of Idea Statica & RAM Connection 3. Expertise in AutoCAD & welding symbols. 4. Familiar with AISC, ACI, Eurocode & IS design code 5. Knowledge of fabrication processes & erection constraints. Role Perform structural analysis, connection design as per customer specification. Responsibilities 1. Input consolidation & Reading customer specifications. 2. Staad model creation & updating. 3. Preparation of Design basis reports (DBR) / detailed design reports. 4. Participating in Design Review Meeting (DRM) 5. Raise NCR for process deviation by others. 6. Close NCR with CAPA & Why-Why analysis, raised on Design. 7. Creating / reviewing foundation drawings. 8. MTO/ BOM preparation for preliminary quotation. 9. Review of detailed drawings 10. Standardization & Updating Work Instructions 11. Creation of DOP (Declaration of performance) 12. Follow established quality, environmental, and health & safety procedures. 13. Participate in training and maintain awareness of their impact. 14. Report nonconformities, hazards, unsafe acts, or environmental concerns. 15. Use PPE and ensure safe work practices.
