Manager - Finance & Accounts

Job Summary

We are looking for a Financial Accountant in a dynamic manufacturing environment, Who will be pivotal in managing accurate financial operations. Who will lead the monthly book closure, ensuring precision in financial reporting and ledger reconciliations. Collaborating with audit teams and leveraging SAP systems, you will uphold compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Success in this role means maintaining financial integrity and accountability while supporting overall business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures.
• Prepare and review financial statements as per Ind AS.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of trial balance.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Handle cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with plant and operations teams for expense control and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements.
• Prepare MIS and management reports for decision-making.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and schedules.
• Work on SAP for accounting, reporting, and data management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and implement best accounting practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Financial accounting: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Chartered Accountant (Required)
