1. In-depth knowledge of Air Intake system design,
Materials, filter house design & detailing.
2. Expertise in Autodesk Inventor 3D Modeling &
Drafting, AutoCAD, Structure detailing.
3. Knowledge of steel structure design (Indian &
International Codes, EN 1090)
1. Conceptualize & create 3D Model, BOM, Detail drawings, guide team members
for detailing, review & release drawings of engineering deliverables.
2. Training / mentoring of engineers for resource development
1. Participating in Project Kick Off Meeting (Internal & external).
2. Input consolidation & Reading customer specifications.
3. Scheduling, Planning, delegation & Monitoring Project Progress.
4. Preliminary 3D Model & concept drawing Creation.
5. GA / Assembly / Foundation/detail drawings, BOM creation, review & release.
6. Detailed 3-D model Create, review & guiding subordinates.
7. Preparation Data sheets & Specification.
8. Preparation of Installation, operation & maintenance (IOM) manual.
9. Participation in ISO Audit & ensuring implementation of defined process.
10. Conducting Design Review Meeting (DRM)
11. Create Bill of materials/Item codes in ERP system. Guiding team.
12. Clarification of customers query
13. Close NCR with CAPA & Why-Why analysis, raised on Design.
14. Ensuring completion of project from Engineering point of view in all respects.
15. Concurrence with other departments for issue resolution.
16. Strong technical leadership and decision-making skills.
17. Excellent problem-solving and analytical capability.
18. Effective communication and stakeholder management.
19. Project planning and risk management.
20. Team development and mentorship
