Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hardware Design Manager / Technical Architect / Principal Engineer to join our Client Company's design and development team. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of cutting-edge solutions.

Technical expertise required

Experience in analogue design, including ADC types and selection for AC signal measurement, discrete circuit design using transistors and op-amps.
Microcontroller expertise – selection and peripheral utilisation.
Power supply design – SMPS, DC / DC converters, and LDOs.
Exposure to Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and its application in product design.
PCB design with DFM considerations and EMI / EMC compliance.
Proficient in component selection – op-amps, microcontrollers, power switches, transistors, diodes, and capacitors.
Familiarity with quality tools – 8D, FMECA, CAPA, and Why-Why analysis.
Understanding of part and product reliability.
RF design experience (applicable to RF projects).
Working knowledge of safety and EMI / EMC standards (IEC / FCC compliance).
