We are looking for a skilled Civil Foreman to join our team at RUDRA BUILDWELL PVT LTD, responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other support staff.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulations.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely project completion.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential problems.
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
