Financial Management & ReportingPrepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Generate management information system (MIS) reports to track key financial metrics and performance indicators.Consolidate financial data across multiple countries of operation.
Statutory Compliance & AuditOversee and ensure timely statutory filings (VAT, GST, Corporation Tax, Payroll, etc.) across all jurisdictions.Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP as applicable).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations in UK, Ireland, Canada, Germany, and other relevant markets.Accounts Payable & ReceivableSupervise billing, invoicing, and collection processes to ensure timely revenue inflows.Oversee vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and supplier reconciliations.Implement controls for efficient cash flow and working capital management.Budgeting & Financial PlanningDevelop and monitor annual budgets, cash flow projections, and cost control initiatives.
Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency.Partner with operational teams to evaluate investment decisions, pricing strategies, and expansion models.
Process & ControlsStrengthen internal financial controls and risk management frameworks.Implement technology-driven solutions for accounting, payments, and reporting.Standardize finance processes across all operating countries for efficiency and transparency.
