Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager at Nanjappa Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial health of a hospital group with multiple units. Your responsibilities will include financial planning, budgeting, compliance, reporting, and ensuring sound financial governance across all hospital locations. You will act as a strategic partner to hospital leadership, contributing to sustainability, efficiency, and growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop budgets, forecasts & financial models across hospital units - Prepare consolidated financial reports & ensure statutory compliance - Monitor revenue streams (IP, OP, Pharmacy, Diagnostics) & optimize profitability - Manage working capital, cash flow & treasury functions - Establish internal controls & mitigate financial risks - Supervise and mentor finance teams across unit - Partner with leadership for strategy, expansion & new initiatives **Qualification Required:** - Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory - Minimum 1+ years post-qualification experience (healthcare preferred) - Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation & compliance - Proficiency in ERP systems & advanced Excel - Analytical mindset, leadership ability & communication skills At Nanjappa Healthcare, you will be part of a progressive healthcare group, working closely with leadership and contributing to strategic growth while making a real impact in patient care.
