Finance Manager

Qualification:

To maintain accurate books of accounts, prepare monthly and annual financial statements along with related reports, perform ledger scrutiny, demonstrate strong analytical skills, prepare various MIS and management reports, ensure statutory and legal compliance, and coordinate effectively with other functions and auditors.

MAJOR ACTIVITES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain proper books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

• Handle month-end closing activities and reporting

• Manage year-end closing, preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements, and coordinate statutory audits.

• Liaise with auditors and ensure timely availability of data for audits.

• Analytical skills to prepare various MIS reports and other management reporting requirements.

• Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliances are met on time.

MAJOR RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Proper and accurate maintenance of accounts.

• Timely completion of monthly and annual closings.

• Accurate preparation and finalization of financial statements.

• Timely completion of statutory audits.
