Summary: The Business Head will be responsible for leading and managing all key departments to ensure smooth operations, strategic growth, and profitability of the organization. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic leader with a proven record in business management, strategy execution, and cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and sustainable growth. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and expansion areas. Set clear objectives and KPIs for all departments to ensure goal alignment. 2. Business Development & Marketing Drive business growth by identifying new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities. Oversee marketing strategy, branding, and promotional activities across platforms. Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business development objectives. Analyze market data and customer insights to refine strategies and improve reach. 3. Sales Management Lead the sales team to meet and exceed targets across all product and service categories. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth. Monitor market performance and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies. 4. Production & Operations Ensure production targets are met with efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics to optimize workflows. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. 5. Finance & Budgeting Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for all departments. Monitor P&L, cash flow, and key performance metrics to support strategic decisions. Ensure financial discipline, cost optimization, and compliance with company policies. 6. Human Resources & Administration Supervise HR operations including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and compliance. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes accountability and growth. Ensure HR strategies support business objectives and employee engagement. 7. Team Leadership Lead and mentor department heads to achieve business goals. Promote collaboration, innovation, and high performance across teams. Conduct regular performance and progress reviews to ensure alignment with objectives. Qualifications & Skills: Masters degree in Business Administration / Management / Finance / Operations or related field ( MBA preferred ). 10 to 15 years of proven leadership experience across multiple business functions. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management abilities. Experience in business expansion, strategic planning, and P&L management.
