Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Manager located in Malappuram And Kochi . The Admissions Manager will be responsible for Managing Telecalling Team & evaluating Their Result. Managing / Attend Enquiries of admissions and Closing. Coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The role also involves developing strategies to attract prospective students, conducting admissions events, and maintaining records. Additionally, the Admissions Manager will work to increase admissions and provide prospective students with accurate information about the programs and training offered. Qualifications Strong management and leadership skills, including team coordination and regulatory compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with prospective students and develop marketing strategies Experience in CRM, IVR Software Proficient in data management and record-keeping Experience in event coordination and conducting admissions-related activities Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Prior experience in the education or training industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Education, or related field
