Operations Associate

The main responsibilities of this role involve identifying and sourcing suitable accommodation providers such as PBSA, private landlords, real estate agents, and property managers in targeted locations. You will be required to assist in negotiating terms and securing property listings that align with company standards and student expectations. Additionally, maintaining and updating inventory data, pricing, availability, and contract details in internal systems is a key part of this role. You will also be responsible for coordinating onboarding processes for new supply partners, ensuring all documentation and listings are complete and accurate. Building and maintaining strong relationships with supply partners for long-term collaboration is essential. Monitoring property performance including occupancy, feedback, and addressing any issues that may arise is also part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the marketing and sales teams is required to ensure that listings are optimized and promoted effectively. Staying updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness is also important for the success of the company. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with a morning shift and weekend availability required.
