Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for an Operations Associate is located in Coimbatore . The Operations Associate will oversee daily operations, coordinate workflow, and ensure efficient execution of processes. Responsibilities also include collaborating with team members, managing resources effectively, and addressing customer needs to maintain a high standard of service quality and operational excellence.

• Strong operational and organizational skills, including workflow management and resource coordination
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Advanced analytical skills to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements
• Experience in customer service, problem-solving, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore and manage day-to-day operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, business management, or a related field
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and technology to optimize operations
