Operations Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Accounts, HR, and Site teams for daily operational requirements.
• Ensure smooth communication and timely flow of information across departments.
• Follow up on assigned tasks, approvals, and documents to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and maintain operational documents, reports, logs, and trackers.
• Assist in project documentation such as material requests, work orders, BOQ-related records, and site reports.
• Support site teams by coordinating material requirements and dispatch follow-ups.
• Track day-to-day project progress and update MIS for management review.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of operational and project-related records.
• Coordinate with vendors for material delivery, invoices, and support documents.
• Assist in client communication for project-related updates or data submission.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, checklists, and SOPs.
• Assist in improving workflow efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting solutions.
• Visit project sites occasionally for verification, documentation, or coordination (as required).

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Understanding of engineering / construction operations (preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with follow-through
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
