Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues.
Monitor real-time on-ramp and off-ramp transactions and track payment flows across banking systems.
Act as the operational liaison for business clients and merchant partners, addressing their queries and coordinating transaction-related requests.
Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams to escalate critical issues and implement operational improvements.
Handle ad-hoc data extraction requests, prepare operational reports, and provide transaction analytics to support informed decision-making.
Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and process inefficiencies, troubleshooting systemic issues and working with relevant teams to streamline workflows and improve operational reliability.
