Operations Associate

6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST / 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST (US Hours) - (Mon-Sat)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Operations Executive to support and execute digital outreach campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing outreach tools, handling basic customer queries, and ensuring smooth campaign execution. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to be part of a high-growth AI tech company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage daily outbound campaigns via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Upload and monitor campaign files and ensure timely delivery across all channels
- Track performance metrics (delivery, open, response rates) and report basic analytics
- Handle basic customer responses or queries over these platforms
- Collaborate with internal ops and tech teams for issue resolution or escalations
- Maintain campaign hygiene and support documentation of campaign outcomes
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a campaign operations, digital outreach, or customer support role
- Hands-on experience running campaigns through tools like Mailchimp, Gupshup, Kaleyra, Twilio, etc., is a plus
- Comfortable handling basic customer conversations/responses over email or WhatsApp
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to work in US hours (6 PM to 3 AM IST)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with fast-paced work
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in debt collection, fintech, or customer service workflows
- Exposure to CRM tools or outbound dialer platforms
