Key Responsibilities: Course Promotion and Sales: Actively promote and sell LeapUps courses to prospective students. Inside Sales Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls and assess the needs of prospective students. Conduct phone calls and zoom to discuss course offerings and answer questions. Develop tailored solutions for clients based on their educational goals and interests. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activity. Follow up with leads promptly to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into enrollments. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students and educational institutions. Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout the enrollment process. Market Research and Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings in the EduTech space.
