Position: Finance Head ( Retail Startup)

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 5–8 years post qualification

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.

• Ensure timely GST,TDS, Income Tax filings, and statutory compliance.

• Handle budgeting,forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial planning.

• Implement internal controls and process improvements for efficiency.

• Liaise with banks,auditors, and consultants.

• Support business decision-making with financial insights and data-driven recommendations.

• Oversee vendor payments, receivables, and inventory accounting.

• What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5–8 years of post-qualification retail experience.

• Prior experience working with startups or fast-growing companies preferred.

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

• Hands-onexperience in ERP/Accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, SAP).

• Excellentanalytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
