Finance Head

You will be responsible for leading and managing the financial planning, analysis, and strategy functions of the organization as the Finance Head. This role is distinct from the Accounts Head and focuses on financial strategy, fund management, budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, and risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the company's financial strategy and planning aligned with long-term business goals - Manage fundraising efforts, investor relations, and capital structuring - Create detailed financial models and projections for strategic decisions - Analyze financial risks and develop mitigation strategies - Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across departments - Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost controls - Evaluate investment opportunities and financial viability of new projects - Coordinate with external stakeholders such as banks, financial institutions, and auditors - Ensure statutory compliance with financial regulations and corporate laws - Collaborate with the Accounts Head for consolidated financial reporting and audits - Present monthly and quarterly financial performance to the leadership team Qualifications Required: - MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) - 8+ years of proven experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or related sectors - Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, capital raising, and investment evaluation - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact us at 9171200097.,
