Compensation: ₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (commensurate with experience and performance)

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially astuteFinance head to lead and strengthen the financial function across our group entities. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring robust governance, and partnering closely with top management to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Finance & Business Partnership

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, delivering actionable financial insights and performance analysis.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning initiatives.

Financial Operations & Governance

• Oversee end-to-end accounting functions, including financial reporting, statutory audits, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, taxation laws, and corporate governance requirements.
• Strengthen internal control systems, financial discipline, and enterprise risk management frameworks.

Cash Flow, Cost & Capital Management

• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support business operations and expansion.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve overall profitability across business units.
• Manage banking relationships, funding arrangements, credit facilities, and financial negotiations.

Leadership & Team Management

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounts team.
• Set performance standards, provide continuous coaching, and promote best-in-class financial practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enable informed and timely business decisions.

Candidate Profile

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with strong academic and professional credentials.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in senior finance or leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in accounting standards, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial operations and support strategic business growth.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
