Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Location: Raipur Salary: 18000/- to 30000/- per month Industry: Manufacturing (Solar Component Industry) About the Company: Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is a growing manufacturing company specializing in EVA sheets and backsheets—key components used in solar panels. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic and professional CRM to handle client coordination and dispatch-related tasks efficiently. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, coordinating with internal departments, especially for dispatches and deliveries , and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. There will be no sales targets in this role. However, candidates with prior sales or sales coordination experience will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order updates, dispatch status, and general queries. Coordinate with the production, store, and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Maintain strong follow-ups with transporters, internal teams, and clients for shipment tracking and issue resolution. Handle order processing, documentation, and dispatch scheduling . Maintain client records, dispatch schedules, and delivery logs accurately. Provide timely updates and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to delivery or product handling. Assist in preparing dispatch-related reports and MIS as required. Support internal team with coordination between departments when needed. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CRM / Sales Coordination / Dispatch Coordination , preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup . Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are a must . Good command over MS Excel, email communication, and coordination tools. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask and manage work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Prior experience in handling dispatches/logistics coordination in a manufacturing company. Background in sales support or client service will be an added advantage.
